To ensure a seamless and exceptional portrait experience, please review the following terms associated with the use of your gift voucher:
Booking Requirements
All sessions must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. To begin the booking process, please submit your inquiry via www.gowiththefloimages.com. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
Non-Transferability
This gift voucher is exclusively intended for the individual named on the voucher and is not transferable unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing by Go with the Flo Images.
Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash or alternate services or products.
No Monetary Exchange
Should the chosen session or product be of lesser value than the voucher amount, the remaining balance is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Additional Costs
This voucher covers the value stated. Any additional services—such as prints, extra images, extended session time, travel fees, or upgrades—will be billed separately and must be settled prior to final delivery of images.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed appointments or failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the voucher.
Location Validity
This voucher is valid exclusively for in-studio photography sessions unless otherwise specified in writing.
Copyright & Image Usage
All images remain the intellectual property of Go with the Flo Images. Usage rights for commercial or brand marketing purposes must be purchased separately in accordance with our standard licensing agreement.
